Welcome to our blog!

Lansdowne Area Residents' Association (LARA) was established more than ten years ago to provide a communal voice for residents in the area. Historically part of Brunswick Town, the majority of the properties are grade II listed. We use this blog to publish and share the latest news from our neighborhood.

South and Southeast in Bloom Competition for the Best Urban Village

Brunswick Town in Bloom

Judging took place on the 12 July, taking over two hours, and went very well. Brunswick Town looked OUTSTANDING and it was a great pleasure and humbling to see how much had been done for this event by so many people.

The pleasure we are having in seeing a blooming, clean and pleasant area is the best result we could have.

However, official results are declared later in the year.

Let's hope we have been successful.

THANKYOU from the Convenors to everyone involved!
